Klarm has a complete line for the production processes, including raw material control, online molding, model drying, product glazing, firing in kiln, test and quality control, packaging, etc. All processes are controlled by ISO 9001 quality management system.

We're implementing precise and strict selection on raw material. After continuous matching tests and chemical analysis, we finally get excellent raw material formula. Meanwhile, raw material is grinded into micro particles by advanced ball mills, which helps to achieve much denser structure of ceramic.

Vacuuming and high-pressure injection technologies are used on molding process. It helps to eliminate possible mistakes that may be caused by manual operations. Besides, it reduces the internal air bubbles that might cause product leaking.

Kiln is one of the most important factors on transforming clay into wonderful ceramic. We are using world-class kiln equipments, which supplies fairly constant temperature.
